OUR CLASSES

Cave Class

Safety and fun are our #1 priorities. Our signature CAVE Class mixes reps, friends, encouragement, and poppin’ playlists to give you the best training experience.  Classes will require you to train your muscles using challenging weights, they will encourage you to push through your barriers, and will be wrapped up with a team oriented conditioning session. Everyone finishes as a team.

Modified Strongman

Modified strongman training utilizes equipment and exercies that are uncommon in the average gym. Sleds, farmers walks, tires, sledge hammers, as well as variations of the deadlift, squat, and presses are all fair game. This is our most challenging class, but we will adjust it to suit everyone from beginners to advanced trainees.
